Wildfish Cannery Garlic & Sumac Rockfish

Wildfish Cannery is a small, family owned micro-cannery and smokery in Klawock, Alaska. For 30 years, they have been working closely with local fishermen to preserve the best seafood in a can.

Rockfish is mild and flaky and the tangy addition of the Sumac is beautifully balanced with the garlic and Spanish EVOO. Super yummy over rice and topped with roasted piquillo peppers.
