Lars Own Wild Swedish Cloudberry Preserves

Sweet and mildly tart cloudberries are delicious on waffles, toast, soft cheese and as a warm topping on vanilla ice cream. Made of 35% Wild Cloudberry.

Ingredients: Sugar (50 %), Cloudberries (35 %), Water (13 %), Gelling Agent (Pectin) (<2 %), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate <2 %), Citric Acid (<2%).
