Denmark's most famous cheese, Havarti is also prepared with caraway. This cheese is a deliciously savory, natural, semi-soft cheese.
This cheese is aged for around three months. The cheese has tiny holes throughout the paste with cream to yellow in color.
Havarti is made from high-pasteurized cow's milk. Caraway adds a lively texture and slightly savory flavor. Outstanding melted and used as a dip. It can be served with fruit and wine.
