Slow-cooked salty licorice surrounded by Belgian milk chocolate flavored with 'Gorria' chili pepper from the French part of the Basque Country, Piment d'Espelette. The pepper sneaks up on you when you least expect it and doesn’t dominate but complements the flavors.
