Fazer Oululainen Dark Crispbread

Dark crispbreads have a dark and slightly sweet taste profile. They are delicious with cold-smoked salmon, for example, or with cheeses. Thanks to their nutritional content, they also make a great, crunchy afternoon snack. Crispbreads have a 20 per cent fibre content. Baked in Lahti.

Ingredients: whole grain RYE flour, RYE bran, RYE and BARLEY malt, sugar, iodized salt, yeast. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF WHEAT, OAT, EGG, SOY AND SESAME SEEDS.
