Mmmm. Everyone loves the smell and flavor of breakfast sausage sizzling on the griddle. Now you can have that same great taste by making your own breakfast sausage at home... without the additives, preservatives, or MSG found in prepared sausages. Simply add 3 to 3 1/2 Tbsp. of seasoning per pound of ground pork or turkey. Blend well and refrigerate for at least 30 min. to blend flavors. Form into patties or scramble and fry until cooked through. For spicier sausage, add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes.
