Preparations: Open the can at both ends, and push out the cod roe. Slice the roe into 1 cm thick pieces, and fry them golden-brown with butter or margarine. Serve with freshly boiled potatoes, vegetables and remoulade. Decorate with crisped onion, tomato and lemon.
